Meridian Medical Access handles your personal and medical information with care. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
When you contact us or submit an enquiry, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, country, the area of care you're interested in, and — if you provide them — your email address, phone number, and any medical information you share (such as reports, scans or a description of your condition).
2. How we use it
We use your information only to handle your enquiry: to contact you on WhatsApp or by email as you've requested, to prepare a treatment opinion and cost estimate, and — if you decide to proceed — to arrange your hospital admission, visa invitation letter and travel. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated advertising.
3. Who we share it with
Your medical information is shared only with the partner hospital(s) reviewing your case, and only as needed to prepare your opinion and treatment plan. We use established service providers to operate our systems (such as our email delivery and hosting providers), who process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to support your care and meet our legal obligations. If you'd like your information deleted, contact us (section 6) and we will remove it unless we are legally required to retain it.
5. Your choices
You can stop hearing from us at any time — reply STOP on WhatsApp or use the unsubscribe option in our emails. You can also ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
