How do I start?+
Tap “Chat on WhatsApp”, tell us your area of care, your name and your country. WhatsApp opens with a pre-written message — press send, and a coordinator replies within 24 hours. Prefer email? Use the email form instead.
How much will my treatment cost?+
It depends on your diagnosis and the hospital. After reviewing your details (and medical reports, if you have them), your coordinator sends you the hospital's written cost estimate before you make any decision or travel.
Do I need a visa to be treated in India?+
Most patients travel on an Indian medical visa (e-Medical visa), which requires an invitation letter from the treating hospital. We arrange that letter for you and guide you through the application.
Can I send my medical reports?+
Yes — and it speeds everything up. You can attach scans, lab results and prescriptions directly in the WhatsApp chat, or reply to our email with them.
Is my information confidential?+
Yes. Your details are used only to prepare your treatment opinion and are shared only with the partner hospital reviewing your case. You can opt out any time by replying STOP.
