Reports to send
- Fertility tests for both partners, for example hormone tests (such as AMH) and a semen analysis
- Ultrasound reports
- Details of any previous IVF or IUI cycles
- Notes from any previous gynaecological surgery, such as a hysteroscopy or laparoscopy
- Both partners' ages and any other health conditions

Common questions
Should both partners send reports?
If you are a couple, yes: send the tests you each have, for example hormone tests and ultrasound reports, and a semen analysis. The hospital will say if anything else is needed.
We have had IVF before. Is that useful?
Yes. Details of previous cycles — the medicines used, how many eggs and embryos there were, and what happened — help the hospital's fertility specialists form their opinion.
How long would we need to stay in India?
It depends on the treatment plan, so only the hospital can say. Your coordinator can ask the hospital for the expected length of stay, so you can plan travel and accommodation.
Is our enquiry confidential?
Yes. Your details are used only to prepare your treatment opinion and are shared only with the partner hospital reviewing your case.
